ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Delta Energy Solutions. We aim to offer you the best shipping options.The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

Orders are usually processed and delivered within 5-10 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 10 business days, please contact info@deltaenergysolutions.ca.

 

Shipping Information

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided. 

We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact info@deltaenergysolutions.ca within 7 business days.

We are not responsible for any losses,  including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order.

Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for the refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made (3% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).  

Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.

Return

The return service is currently available to Canada orders only.  

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund. 3% fee will apply.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For quality issues, we will give you a full refund or one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.

Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our team via info@deltaenergysolutions.ca to obtain instructions to return.

Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.

You’ll be charged for shipping and a transaction fee (3% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users) in the event of a return on Canada orders.

Return Process

Contact our team at info@deltaenergysolutions.ca to start the return process. Please provide us with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.

You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.

Refund

After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 14 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 14 business days, please contact us at info@deltaenergysolutions.ca.
